Concept: we use a bunch of different tools for our everyday digital experience: at work mailbox, shared folder, intranet and the likes, for ourselves email, cloud, social media and so on. Actually most of them are usually related to the same basic function, that is managing the same basic infos. So our solution aims to give just one tool for doing what you are currently doing with a lot of different ones. And we mean a simple tool, both for to publish and for searching and retrieving infos
Type of infos our tool can manage: you can create the next type of pages
- News, that is a page to launch a content / info which is important right now
- To do, that is a page with a related due date which will generate an alert
- Content, a page to “use” just in case and tagged to be retrieved via navigation menu
- Users, of course every user has his own page, with a description and links to his pages
- Comments: every page can be enabled to open comments, in order to function as a social media where users can add content
How you can define who can see your infos: for every page you can set up and edit the visibility grants, which are the following:
- Public page
- Public page but not in list or in site search
- Private page
- Visible to the user you want to enable

Use case: our concept let you flex the tool in order to use it for most of your usual use case

- Social media for web or intranet: enabling comment to the pages you want to you can actually create a social media platform, always using one single tool
- Event promo, personal or shared agenda: to do pages, having a due date which triggers an alter, can be used for a personal agenda, a small group one or an event promo page, just depending on who can access the page
